 Personal Training:

Do you need individual exercise instruction, have specific physical concerns, have specific scheduling needs?

Our one-on-one personal training program may be what you are looking for. In this setting, we work on strength and cardiovascular fitness, core strengthening or a combination of these elements in program customized for you. We use the assessment methodologies outlined below to create a tailored program that specifically addresses your fitness goals and your unique needs. Save money! The semi-private session is great option if you have a workout buddy. It's cost effective and you can help to motivate each other.


Pilates:


Do you have poor posture or feel pain from normal daily activities?

Maybe you have weaknesses or imbalances in your muscles.

Are you already in a training program but feel you are not reaching your potential?

This could be due to weaknesses in your core muscles. Pilates could be what you need. Pilates strengthens the deep core muscles of the body and creates length in the spine through a series of matwork exercises that address strength and flexibility. Assessments:

We offer these assessments as part of our one-on-one personal training sessions to establish a baseline for our work and properly prescribe a program for you.


Postural Analysis
: We all have postural deviations due to genetic makeup and our daily habits. A postural analysis allows us to document the way your bones and muscles interact and position themselves on the body. This analysis allows us to determine muscular imbalances. This process demystifies why we move the way we do. With this information, a tailored workout can be created so that you can start to move toward a more neutral, well balanced posture.

Fitness Assessment: Through fitness assessment, we set up a baseline and create goals based on where you are today and where you want to be in the future. We use cardiovascular fitness testing, strength and flexibility testing to determine initial weakness. We create a program to address these weaknesses in order to move you closer to your goals.

Weight Management: What is your body composition? Or more specifically, what is your muscle to fat ratio? Did you know that a higher percentage of muscle makes your body more efficient in burning calories? We can help you understand how to make better choices about intake and how maximizing your cardiovascular activities will assist you in burning more calories



Our Rates:

One-on-one private session: $75(in studio)
In-home one-on-one private session: $95 (local area only)
Semi-Private session: $40 per person
Party of 3: $30 per person
Package of 10 individual sessions: $650 (you save $10 per session)


Group Classes:

Punchcards - $140 (4 mo. Punchcard for 10 classes)
 
Save Money and join one of our group pilates classes. They are conveniently located in Northboro, Westboro and Grafton. Class sizes are limited to provide quality training.
