Bedtime Yin Yoga

This Yin class invites you to slow down, let your mind settle and your body relax as Carrie takes you through a gentle yin class that’s designed to prepare you for a good night’s sleep. The music,  gentle approach, and long holds will help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and sleep more deeply. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release.
