A yoga class for those ready to move beyond the basics. In this 6-week series, we will build upon the fundamental yoga poses and create a more flowing practice while we continue to work strength, balance, flexibility, breath and relaxation. Props, modifications and different variations of the poses will be offered to allow you to move safely and with confidence as you progress on your yoga journey.
