Commit to Stay (or Get) Fit!

Commit to working out early with us. This 8-week series meets twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 am. Our instructor implements a variety of easy to follow resistance training exercises. You’ll also lift weights for strength and incorporate cardiovascular activity for ultimate calorie burn in order to maximize your efficiency and achieve your highest potential. This unique program is designed to help shape, tone, and add muscle definition & overall strength. Beginners welcome. Please bring water and athletic footwear that has not been worn outside. Cost of this 16-class series is $240. Look under the ENROLLMENTS tab on our schedule for start dates each season.
