Core Flow

Core Flow is a fun, energetic class that will help you find the support and strength of your deep core muscles in every movement. Your core connects your upper and lower body and includes the abdominal, mid and low back, and gluteal muscles. You will be guided through a variety of asanas (postures), breath work, and strength building abdominal work. With a strong core, you will have a much safer and more energized practice on the mat as well as building energy to face your day off the mat!
