CoreBarre is an upbeat and incredibly effective workout that incorporates low-impact exercises using ballet barre support and small props. It is an energizing total-body workout that will sculpt long, lean muscles through precise strength and flexibility movements. CoreBarre class is appropriate for all levels, but is not recommended for clients with significant knee, ankle or foot issues. Class can be taken in bare feet or grip socks.
