BE BOLD! Join our 6-week Fall Fit Body Bootcamp! Restart your fitness routine this fall and get down to business by challenging yourself in new ways with a workout founded in Heart Rate Training Zones that will keep you accountable every step of the way. This is the first of our metabolic conditioning workout series designed to elicit maximum physique changes that you need to REV your system back up for fall.

With over 10 years of experience coaching individuals and small groups, NASM Certified Personal Trainer Lisa Lauchart coaches individuals to achieve their personal best. Each client is provided individualized guidance and attention throughout the program where we focus on proper form and function to create the foundation of our success.

Measurable Training: With our programs designed around heart rate zones, calorie expenditure, and effort, The Core Connection has become the leader in this area adopting the MYZONE Exercise Tracker and heart rate monitor into the studio.

We create S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic Timely) Goals to achieve personal goals with accountability and supervised training, The outcome – strengthening and toning a LEAN body while bringing you motivation and results you crave.
