Fall Strong Body/Strong Mind for Teen Girls

Strong Body/Strong Mind is a 6-week program for teen and pre-teen girls (ages 12 to 16) who are looking for a non-competitive, full body fitness program. Participants will increase flexibility while improving posture and core strength with Pilates/Barre Fusion and Yoga. This fall, we’ll also provide a cardio component with Teen Cycle! We promote self-confidence in teen girls by showing them they are strong and capable and can achieve any goal they set for themselves. Series fee of $120 includes all three classes as your schedule allows each week (18 classes in total). Click here to see Fall 2017 dates for this series which begins September 18th. Depending on enrollment numbers, we may also have options for drop in at $14 per class and a 6-class pass at $70 if teens can only attend one day a week. Message us if interested in this option.
