What’s your challenge? Losing weight? Building muscle & endurance? Feeling stronger? Join us before your work day begins for a Tabata style workout. We mix it up with timed cardio work efforts and resistance thrown in during the “rest” phase! Attend as many days as your schedule allows. Consistent attendance means faster improvement that will help you move swiftly toward your goal! Bring water…you WILL sweat! Please bring athletic footwear for class that has not been worn outside.
