Fitness & Weight Loss Challenge

Are you struggling with your weight? Would you like to feel healthier? Do you need a coach to guide you through? NSCA Certified Personal Trainer Chris Kyes can help! With a decade of experience in the industry and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Med/Exercise Science, he will guide you through our 8-week accountability program. This program will start you on the path to healthy habits. The goal is to lose an attainable amount of weight (1-2 pounds weekly) during the program while getting stronger and increasing your metabolism. All fitness levels are welcome! The program includes:

  • Two 50-minute workouts per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 am.
  • A 20-minute nutritional guidance session on Tuesdays for specific questions and support to review accountability journals and tweak what is not working.
  • A weekly email from your coach that includes daily workout ideas, inspiration and healthy recipes.
  • Beginning, middle and ending weigh-in, measurements and body fat testing.
  • Email support from Chris to discuss individual goals.

Check our ENROLLMENTS tab for series start dates. The series usually includes 8-weeks (16 classes). Drop in is only allowed pending space availability after enrollment.
