Foundational Yoga

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga, although a great class for all levels too, it’s for anyone who wants to spend time on the foundations of a yoga practice. You will move through a slow flow that focus on alignment, breath and the mindfulness of the foundational yoga poses. Come to learn, play, release or maybe just chill and move through foundational movements in a supportive environment.
