Gentle Cycle

We are not talking laundry and we won’t be wringing you out! This class is for clients who may feel that they would like/need a step down from our regular Group Cycle classes. First our instructor will coach you on bike set up as well as positioning. Then we’ll begin with a full-body stretch off the bike to get you loosened up and ready for your ride. Next you will be guided through a 30 to 35-minute ride while being coached to listen to your body and experience tolerable cardiovascular work! We’ll end with a final full-body stretch to work out the kinks. This class will give you a great cardio workout, a deep stretch to ward off any tension in your body, and an overall sense of accomplishment as you build strength and stamina! Class is open to all levels.
