Men’s Yoga

Join instructor Patrick Brady for a 60-minute class designed for male clients who are both new to yoga and those with experience. This 8-week series (with room for drop in) will spend time on the foundations of a yoga practice along with challenging students who would like to expand their yoga practice. You can sign up for the entire series under the ENROLLMENTS/WORKSHOPS tab or on the regular schedule for drop in.
