Pilates Core Fusion

Join us and restore your core!  In our 6-week program, we will use the STOTT Pilates® and Nutritious Movement Principles to gain strength in your core and increase body awareness so that you can move better. A strong core makes everything easier! Sign up for the 6-week series under the ENROLLMENTS/WORKSHOPS tab and commit to get fit. If space is available, we will allow drop in with your punch card or unlimited pass which you can register for on the class schedule.
