Warm Slow Flow Yoga

This 75-minute class is geared towards yoga practitioners who want to SLOW things down a bit and focus on alignment, breath, and the foundational tools of a flow yoga practice. Room is mildly heated.
Yoga is a healing practice with ancient roots that works on every level of the human being, to achieve optimal health and integration of the body, mind and spirit. Benefits of a regular yoga practice include better spinal health, improved balance and improved posture as well as increased flexibility and range of motion.
