Reformer Express is our first ever early morning reformer workout, perfect for those of you who need to get up and go early! This is a fast-paced, challenging, and effective 45-minute workout. You will move through a fluid and athletic combination of movements enabling you to stretch, lengthen, and strengthen the entire body while reinforcing core development and stabilization. Clients should have completed Intro to Reformer, taken several upper level reformer classes, and be very confident on the Reformer with a strong base of skill and strength to attend this class. Reformer 8-pack or Single needed for this class. Grip Socks are required for all reformer classes.
