Spring Fat Blast

Spring Fat Blast is a mix between low and high-intensity interval training that focuses on full-body strength conditioning paired with cardio bursts. It uses a mix of interval training and circuit training formats combined with fun cardio routines that incorporate elements of endurance training, calisthenics, and strength training to help develop overall body fitness. Please bring athletic footwear that has not been worn outside. Bring water!
