Strengthen & Lengthen

This class (which is offered as a series with drop in allowed if space available) will transform your body and lengthen your muscles while re-energizing you! Class begins with a mobility warm-up to prepare the body for interval training. We will then mix in cardio and resistance training to increase lean muscle mass and help you cultivate a healthier metabolism. We’ll end with a cool down and final stretches.
