Our new series for teens ages 12 to 15 years old. This 5-week program takes place in our Core Cycle outdoor-themed environment. Teens will be introduced to cardio on a bike where they will safely burn calories while listening to a motivating playlist. We even take song requests! Teens will learn everything they need to know about spinning. We will review various types of rides and terrains as well as all hand positioning, ideal lower-body positioning, resistance, and cadence (RPM) training and anything you might expect in a regular group cycling class. We know teens want to workout out with friends, so spread the word for a fun, teen cardio experience! When offered, look for dates and registration under the WORKSHOPS/ENROLLMENTS tab.
