Teen Cycle is set in a fun, outdoor-themed environment at our Core Cycle facility (290 West Main Street). Teens will be introduced to cardio on a bike where they will safely burn calories while listening to awesome motivating playlists! Class is set to clean music genre of their choice (Yes, we take requests!), and they will have a thorough learning experience that will teach them everything they need to know about spinning. We will teach the teens various types of rides and terrains as well as all hand positioning, ideal lower-body positioning, resistance, and cadence (RPM) training and anything you might expect in a regular group cycling class. We know teens want to workout out with friends, so spread the word for a fun teen cardio experience! Class is open to ages 12 to 16. NOTE: Depending on enrollment figures, boys may be allowed to drop in to this class. When offered, look for dates and registration under the WORKSHOPS/ENROLLMENTS tab.
