We’ll blend the core stability and strength of Pilates with the grace and long lines of ballet in this fusion class! We teach proper alignment and postural techniques that work the core, back, and glutes. We also add small weights for resistance training to strengthen and energize the entire body including arms, legs, chest, and shoulders. This class is designed to improve posture, strength, and coordination. (Series sign up is under ENROLLMENTS tab or you may attend with a teen class pass if space is available). Ages 12 to 16.
