We’ll blend the cores stability work of Pilates, TRX and weight lifting for strength, and interval training in this fusion class! We teach proper alignment and postural techniques that work the core, back, and glutes. We also add small weights for resistance training to strengthen and energize the entire body including arms, legs, chest, and shoulders. This class is designed to improve posture, strength, and coordination.
