Yoga Flex & Flow

Yoga Flex & Flow is a 50-minute, dynamic mixed level flow class that incorporates poses to strengthen and stretch the entire body while maintaining focus on proper alignment. As we move through a series of postures, we work to keep the mind focused and build awareness of the breath. Modifications are offered throughout class while we build core strength, tone and balance. This class will leave you feeling strong, flexible and balanced in both the mind and body!
