Monica has over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in Interval Training, TRX, & Spinning. Her certifications and fitness education include ACE – Group Exercise, NETA – Personal Trainer, TRX, Spinning – Madd Dog, Kickboxing, Silver Sneakers, Drums Alive, Hip Hop Hustle, Keiser, Les Mills (Bodypump, CXWorks,), Turbokick, Kinesis, & Gravity training.
Monica holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from Penn State. She moved to Massachusetts from Pittsburgh, PA in August of 2014. In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and exercising! Her training philosophy focuses on functional training with proper form and technique integrated into strength and cardio workouts to maximize results!
