Beth experienced chronic back pain for many years and tried acupuncture, physical therapy, steroid injections, chiropractic adjustment and everything in between in her search for relief. She discovered The Core Connection two years ago and within a few months of practicing Pilates on the Reformer and attending alignment classes, was pain free and has been ever since. Beth is in charge of studio operations at The Core Yoga Loft, Core Cycle and main studios. When she’s not exercising or working at the Core, Beth spends her time travelling, skiing, hiking, and walking her two golden retrievers, Sunny and Tuukka.
