Jen Driscoll is a certified Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Spinning, and group fitness instructor and a certified personal trainer. She has received certifications through the Pilates Method Alliance, AFAA (the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), Boston Body Barre, The Pilates Physical Mind Institute, Yoga Fit, Madd Dogg Athletics (Spinning), Silver Sneakers, and Les Mills Body Pump. In addition, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and has completed her Pilates mat and apparatus training through Stott Pilates®.
Jen enjoys working with clients of all levels, and is also trained to teach children, seniors, and prenatal/postnatal classes. Her goal is helping her clients improve all aspects of fitness while reducing stress and increasing energy because she believes that everyone deserves to feel good!
