Joe Fish, Fitness Trainer

Joe is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute with a diploma in Professional Personal Training where he focused on anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, and plyometrics, as well as nutritional counseling and program design. Joe is an enthusiastic and creative personal trainer who is committed to partnering with his clients in order to reach their goals by developing unique, practical and functional training and fitness programs specific to their individual abilities.

With attention to evaluation of the client’s current fitness level and both short term and long term goals, Joe will develop a client specific training program using proper exercise order, volume and safe intensity levels.

Some of the strength training methods you will be using are:

  • Free weight training
  • Kettle Bell training
  • Functional Training
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Circuit/resistance training
  • Plyometric drills

At the Core Connection, Joe teaches Fitness Challenge at 5:45 am. Let him motivate you in either a group or private setting to help you reach your weight loss, strength and endurance goals.
