Lisa, Instructor/Personal Trainer


Lisa’s passion for health and fitness led her to pursue studies as a personal trainer, indoor cycling instructor, yoga instructor, CrossFit, and Health Coach. She strongly believes in the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle to include nutrition and all exercise modalities. With a desire to motivate and coach others, it has given her satisfaction to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest level of care, safety and professionalism to those seeking to adopt a lifestyle of physical and emotional well-being. Lisa’s inspiration is each and every client who attends a class.
