Sarah has been passionate about movement for most of her life. She took her first ballet class at 7 and never looked back. She continued her dance journey after high school obtaining a dance minor from Mercyhurst College. It was there that she discovered Pilates and fell in love with the total body workout that strengthened, stretched, and toned in a single session. She took her first Barre class a few months after having her second son and loved how it incorporated both dance and Pilates into a single, low-impact workout. After years of a personal practice, she decided to share her love of Pilates and Barre with others and obtained her Balanced Body Mat Pilates and Barre Above certifications. Outside of the studio Sarah spends her time chasing her two young boys around and trying (usually unsuccessfully) to read as many books without pictures as possible.
