This class is a music-filled, high-intensity interval ride that will have you biking to the beat by pairing music to your efforts to help motivate you for interval work or slow you down for recovery segments. Each 50-minute class consists of a 40-minute, high-intensity interval ride followed by 10 minutes of resistance band work to strengthen and stretch those hard-working muscles used during the ride.
