Are you interested in strength training but need help getting started? Are you new to working out and want to make sure you are doing things right? Join us for our beginner strength training class. We will use a combination of strength training and cardiovascular activity that will promote the growth of lean muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase overall calorie burn. We will focus on proper technique, progressions and modifications, and how to appropriately add strength and cardio to your exercise regimen.
