Transform your body and lengthen your muscles while re-energizing you! Class begins with mobility warm-up to prepare the body for interval training. We will then mix in cardio and resistance training to increase lean muscle mass and help you cultivate a healthier metabolism. We’ll end with a cool down and final stretches. Currently offered virtually and outdoors.
