Core Teen Fit is a program for girls ages 12-15 who are looking for a non-competitive, full body fitness program. The girls will work on strength training and cardio fitness.

Core Teen Fit is a program for girls ages 12-15 who are looking for a non-competitive, full body fitness program. The girls will work on strength training and cardio fitness. We promote self-confidence in teen girls by showing them they are strong and capable and can achieve any goal they set for themselves. Girls who participate learn to overcome self-consciousness and stand tall and strong in both body and mind. Now more than ever it is important for teens to take care of themselves and introduce activity into their lives. There is a lot of time spent sitting in front of their screens. Let’s help them MOVE and have FUN! Our 6 week series is run in studio and virtually via Zoom Register under Series. In Spring and Summer this class is run outdoors.
