This all levels flow yoga class will move through breath-centric asana sequences that target hips, core strength, balance, and flexibility with specific focus on Glutes and Hip Flexors. By practicing asanas that focus on this area, we increase our range of motion while relieving stress and muscular tension enabling hips to be supple and strong. Open to all levels. Free your hips!.
