Just Move: The Basics of Movement, Alignment & Core
Are you ready to begin your fitness journey, but don’t know where to start? Our 5-week Just Move program is a must for anyone who has a body! More specifically, whether you have recently joined us at The Core Connection or are a long-standing client looking to understand specifics of movement in order to enhance all of your workouts, this series is for you. We will teach you five basic movement patterns for optimal workout success. Additionally, you will learn proper body alignment so that we can progress these patterns into strengthening exercises performed consistently and repetitively to build your core and stabilizing systems. We will address the hips, core, shoulder girdle, whole body alignment, and flexibility. This class runs as a 5-week series at $60 when offered.
