Yin Yoga by Candlelight

Yin Yoga targets the deeper layers of fascia (connective tissue) in the body to improve its flexibility. This helps to regulate energy flow, promotes healing and relaxation, and improves joint flexibility. In the darker months, class will be lit by candlelight to enhance relaxation. Yin Yoga is a slow, passive, mindful practice with the challenge of holding the postures for several minutes at a time and staying present for the duration.
