Reformer – Core Teen
Strong bodies build strong minds! Whether your teen is an athlete or less active, these classes will build confidence, improve posture, and develop core strength and body awareness for a body that is continually changing. Pilates is fun and energizing and will strengthen the entire body while teaching proper alignment. Our community helps teens build a sense of camaraderie in a place of support and kindness, allowing them to feel safe and respected as they grow.
