Sweet Surrender Yin Yoga
This class is offered once a month. Sunday evening is the optimum time to retreat inwards, cozying up to our bolsters and blankets and going deep to keep the energy flowing within. Yoga instructor Carrie Johnson will guide you in a 75-minute Yin Yoga class with gentle assists and essential oils. Yin Yoga uses long and passive hold to release tension in the deep and dense connective tissues of the body. A very calming practice, Yin Yoga increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips, and helps restore and rehabilitate joints and muscles.
Sweet Surrender Yin Yoga will be held every 1st Sunday of the Month from 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm in our upstairs Yoga Loft.
