Our Teen Yoga program promotes self-confidence in teen girls by showing them that they are strong and capable and can achieve any goal they set for themselves. Participants will increase flexibility while improving posture and core strength. Simultaneously, the girls will be practicing self reflection through journaling. Teen yoga promotes inner calm and mindfulness that can help girls reduce stress and increase mental and emotional serenity. Girls will gain a deeper awareness of their body as well as higher levels of focus, clarity, strength, flexibility and endurance. Class takes place upstairs in our Yoga Loft. Ages 12 to 16.
