Yin Yoga for Better Sleep

This Yin class invites you to slow down and take your body on a journey that will benefit your organs, muscles, fascia, joints and tendons with the ultimate focus of restoring the body and settling the mind. Our instructor will lead you through a series of yin poses on the mat that are held between 2 and 5 minutes allowing you to access areas that may have been inaccessible and, therefore, stuck. This class is designed to prepare you for a good night’s sleep. The music, gentle approach, and long holds will help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and sleep more deeply.
