Working out in the winter can often be a challenge. We want to motivate you!
Here’s what you need to do:
- Print out the Fit for February calendar: FIT FOR FEBRUARY 2022 CALENDAR
- Record on the calendar the days you do an in studio, virtual or workout from our video library. Please fill in what you workout you did.
- Minimum of 20 days of workouts required.
- Once your calendar is complete email Lisa a photo of your calendar to be entered into the drawing.
Winner will be drawn March 1st. Good luck!
