Fit for February Challenge

Commit to be fit in February and be entered in a raffle for a chance to win a ONE HOUR SESSION WITH RITA!

Working out in the winter can often be a challenge. We want to motivate you!
Here’s what you need to do:
  1. Print out the Fit for February calendar: FIT FOR FEBRUARY 2022 CALENDAR
  2. Record on the calendar the days you do an in studio, virtual or workout from our video library. Please fill in what you workout you did.
  3. Minimum of 20 days of workouts required.
  4. Once your calendar is complete email Lisa a photo of your calendar to be entered into the drawing.
Winner will be drawn March 1st. Good luck!
