Foam Rolling Workshop

LET’S GET ROLLING WITH RITA – Sunday, February 6th 6:30-8PM

Did you know foam rolling can create more mobility than passive stretching or a yoga practice alone? This 90 minute workshop will combine myofascial release using foam rollers and balls. This class will release trigger points, reduce pain and increase range of motion. Your body will thank you! Studio props such as foam rollers, myofascial release balls and pinky balls will be used. Each participant will receive a set of pinky balls to take home. $40 for the workshop. Reserve your spot here.
