Foam Rolling Workshop

Did you know foam rolling can create more mobility than passive stretching or a yoga practice alone? This 90 minute workshop will combine myofascial release using foam rollers and balls to release trigger points, reduce pain and increase range of motion. Your body will thank you for less friction and better alignment! Studio props such as foam rollers, myofascial release balls and pinky balls will be used. $40 for the workshop. (Members will be registered with discount.)
