New Class Alert: Dance Power Fit on Wednesday nights at 6:15

Join Sue for a unique workout blend of dance and total body strength. You will work your core, booty and overall body strength. Rhythm, music and lights will be incorporated to give you a great workout while having a blast. Sue will also focus on the mind-body connection, emotion release and yoga mindfulness. This workout will make you shine, fuel your soul and love your body. Leave your worries and self-consciousness at the door and you will have a BLAST! Workout shoes suggested.
