Outdoor Bootcamp at Dean Park

Transform your body and lengthen your muscles while re-energizing you! Class begins with mobility warm-up to prepare the body for interval training. We will then mix in cardio and resistance training to increase lean muscle mass and help you cultivate a healthier metabolism. We’ll end with a cool down and final stretches. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels as modifications will be provided by the instructor. $60 for 6 week series. Tuesdays at 6pm starting September 6th. Please bring a mat and water. Located at Dean Park in the Upper Parking Lot. (No class 10/4). Reserve your spot.
