Jaime Brault, Instructor
Jaime has been teaching yoga for about 12 years and practicing for many more. She is also a certified Personal Trainer, holds a BA in Psychology, and is working on her Masters in Social Work. Since the beginning of her Yoga journey, Jaime has felt that the practice has been a gift. Through it, she has discovered a new relationship with her body as well as the universe. The tools she has acquired through Yoga, such as stress management, self love, compassion, mindfulness, as well as proper body alignment are ones she uses daily. Her vinyasa style classes combine yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation tips, as well as yoga philosophy. All of which can be practiced on the mat, but brought into everyday life seamlessly. When not in the Yoga Studio, Jaime loves to run, hike, paint, and hang around with her kiddos.
