Jenna Ventura, Instructor

Jenna is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a focus in Corrective Exercise for those who are working around a current or previous injury. She also upholds her group exercise instructor certification through AFAA with teaching Bootcamp, HIIT, and strength training classes regularly. Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from the University of Lowell and certified in Spinning which is her favorite class to teach. So be ready!

Jenna is passionate about people and more specifically helping them live their fullest life through exercise and nutrition by inspiring them to do what they love to do on a daily basis. Outside the gym, Jenna enjoys spending time in nature where she mountain bikes local parks in the NE area, walks her dog Pearl around gates, and plans an annual trip to different national parks across the country to hike and camp out with friends and family!
