Join Jessica for a relaxing yoga class that weaves restorative and yin postures, breath work and moving meditation, to help you find moments of stillness and peace during the busy holiday season. This type of practice helps to quiet the mind, relax the body, and add to your energy rather than take it away. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice. Dress comfy!
