Teen Yoga starts Monday, February 27th

We are excited to bring back Teen Yoga. Our Teen Yoga program promotes self-confidence in teen girls by showing them that they are strong and capable and can achieve any goal they set for themselves. Participants will increase flexibility while improving posture and core strength. Teen yoga promotes inner calm and mindfulness that can help girls reduce stress and increase mental and emotional serenity. Girls will gain a deeper awareness of their body as well as higher levels of focus, clarity, strength, flexibility and endurance. Grades 6 and up. Mondays at 5:45pm in our Main Studio. $80 for the six week series. Reserve your spot here.
