Intention/Goal Setting Moving Meditation

Intentions and Goals become Reality in this moving meditation. Throughout our day we face many negative thoughts about who we are, who we wish we could be. Deep down, we know we can change our lives for the better but we just find ourselves continuously veering off that path. The problem is that our intentions are mere thoughts that get interrupted by stress and every day problems that need our immediate attention. In order for one to truly embrace an idea or intention for change, we need to experience it through many of our senses. Using Yoga and movement we can transcend a single intention into reality. This workshop will by take you on a journey through that process. With a gentle yoga practice, mediation, essential oils, and a little journaling, we will not only create solid intentions but connect those intentions to the fibers of our being.
