Kids and Parent Yoga Workshop Ages 5 – 10

Join Patrick for an hour and a half of fun, games and music. All the activities are designed to teach fundamental poses and build a 20-minute sequence that you can do at home with your family! Explore different ways to move your body, quiet your mind and spend time with your family! Ages 5-10, 1.5 hours.
Workshop fee: $35 parent & child / $28 for monthly unlimited parents. Then $10 for each additional child. Please email Leah@thecoreconnection.com to add an additional child or parent.
