Yoga for Runners and Cyclists

Calling all runners and cyclists! This is the perfect workshop for you! Learn how yoga can complement your running or cycling workout routine to aid injury prevention, decrease stress, and increase mental focus. You’ll also receive take-home instructions! April will lead you through a yoga poses designed to increase range of motion & flexibility, build strength (and therefore speed!), help with balance & muscle imbalances, increase body awareness leading to less injury, increase breath awareness & mental focus, and decrease stress & boost the immune system. Take home instructions will also be provided.
No prior yoga experience necessary. All are welcome! Workshop fee is $30/ $24 for Monthly pass holders; $35 day of if space allows. No heat added for this workshop.
