Learn how to find the layers of your core in order to strengthen from the inside out so that you are never nervous again. In this workshop, we will dive deeper into the Pelvic floor and specifically show you how to train your core and pelvic floor with functional movement patterns that will keep you safe. We will specifically focus on Incontinence and Prolapse and you will leave with a routine that you can easily fit into your daily life with minimal equipment. You will get better!
